MO State Capital. Nice sculpture, Gotta love the expression on the two figures to the left. (seated one makes me think he is saying “Yeah, Yeah, Just sign it, M’kay”),  display isn’t so nice. I’m tall, and it feels way too high off the ground for me. Sculptor, Karl Bitter, was killed by a car as he was leaving the opera. Bummer.
